Life happens! There are times that we make commitments that we cannot keep for one reason or another, for those rare times, here's the info you need to know.

Basic policies for rescheduling appointments:

With-in 24 hours of appointment time:
Session will be rescheduled with no penalty*.
In the case of prepaid appointments, payment will be applied to new appointment time.

*In the event of multiple cancellations (3rd offense and beyond) client will be charged 50% of full session price for each cancellation.

Less than 24 hour notice:
Client will be billed for full rate of session.
If the appointment is prepaid, no refund will be given and payment will not be reapplied to a new session.

Advanced policies for rescheduling:
I understand that there are times that advanced notice is impossible. In those cases, please give me a call. Special consideration may be given for special circumstances.
