I have been practicing massage in the Nashville area since 2008 and am dedicated to education of myself as well as my clients.
I believe that healing begins with knowledge. Knowledge of our bodies and the way they work, knowledge of ourselves and how we function in our bodies.
Through Therapeutic Massage, and/or Yoga, I will work with you to learn as much as you can about these systems to reach your potential in the body and world that you live in.
